Hi, I’m Dr. Robin Piatt, and I’ve been proudly practicing dentistry in The Gorge since 2016. As a mom to three wonderful children (including twins!), life at home is never dull. In addition to my dental practice, my family operates a small cherry farm and an archery shop—keeping us busy, but we wouldn’t have it any other way! We love exploring the great outdoors and embracing all that farming and adventure have to offer.
Dentistry is not just my career, it’s my passion. I see it as a gift that allows me to bring health to my community and forge meaningful connections with neighbors. I believe in the power of oral health to transform lives, and I strive to provide personalized, compassionate care to each of my patients.
To ensure that I am always offering the best care possible, I dedicate myself to continuing education and staying current with the latest in dental techniques and treatments. I also feel deeply committed to giving back. Each year, I travel abroad to provide dental care to underserved communities in places like Tonga, Kenya, and Mexico, helping people in need and learning from the diverse experiences I encounter along the way.

I am a mom of 2. I’ve been a dental assistant for about 8 years. I grew up in the Gorge, and there is no place I would rather live! When I’m not at work, I’m usually lounging watching a good documentary or movie! My favorite thing about being a dental assistant is getting to work alongside a team that truly cares about our patients. Outside of work, I enjoy biking, hiking and camping. I recently learned how to play cribbage! When I’m not at the office you can usually find me on a trail in the woods, the book store, the gym or at home with my beautiful family. My children and I have lived in the Columbia Gorge area for more than 17 years and we are blessed to call this place our home. I grew up in Lake Tahoe, Nevada. I attended Pacific University and received my Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2019 and have lived in the gorge since 2020! My hobbies include spending time with friends and family, skiing, working out, mountain biking, camping, mountaineering, swimming, adventuring, cooking, trying new things, and more! It’s a privilege to move your body and I am grateful for each day I can experience the beauty of where we live. Dentistry is important to me because it is so influential and important for whole-body health! I enjoy providing education about oral and systemic health and positively influencing the dental experience for patients. A little about me is, I live at home with my lovely other half and a beautiful dog. I have been in the medical field for a little over 8 years and recently jumped on over to learn more about oral health. On my free time, I enjoy going on adventures such as hikes, traveling and trying new restaurants. One weird fact about me is, as a billing manager, I love working with insurances!
